The crowd gathered to witness the entrance of Jesus into the city of Jerusalem could not begin to realize what would take place in the week that lay just ahead. The whole world would be shaken and history would be shaped by the man who rode through those gathered along the streets. They faced oppression from Rome, religious persecution, racial injustice, and great uncertainty about the future. Would this Jesus be the answer? Could he deliver them from the troubles of their times. On this Palm Sunday 2021 the crowd is still looking to the Savior. The need for healing, deliverance, peace and hope are still present. Hosanna! The King is Coming! Hosanna!
