“Gratitude Releases Grace”

Preacher:
Series:
Passage: Luke 17:11-19
Service Type:

The grace which comes from gratitude -- a sense of God's blessing and presence -- that deep and abiding feeling of aliveness, well-being, serenity and joy. It is not just another good idea to set alongside all the others. It is an experience that wells up from the ground of being beyond the reach of the mind. The grace of gratitude is not so much a way of thinking as it is a way of living. It is not something we achieve as much as experience. One thing's for sure, when you get one taste, you want more. When you make room for the Holy Spirit to deliver God's Grace by your gratitude you will never be the same. "Now thank we all our God, with heart and hands and voices, who wondrous things hath done, in whom His world rejoices; Who from our mothers' arms, hath blessed us on our way with countless gifts of love, and still is ours today."
