HGTV and a variety of other television networks feature home restorations and neighborhood rehabilitations.  The application of enough financial investment and physical labor can provide some visually pleasing houses.  The truth is often the structures are not as strong and viable as they appear.  Sometimes total destruction is necessary.  A fresh start project can provide new life if the right power is applied to the project.
