“Together Forever”
Take a walk through one of our National Cemeteries on Memorial Day and you will see thousands of American flags on the graves of America's heroes. As Lincoln declared at Gettysburg "…a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live." Travel to any smalltown grave yard or church cemetery on "Decoration Day" and it will be blooming with the floral tributes placed by those who have not forgotten the sacrifice of those who built this great land. Armies of soldiers, sailors, airman and hardworking civilians have never stopped believing in America or being willing to die for our country's future. At this critical time in American History we must again pledge to take up the task and the fight of the warriors that we honor this Memorial Day. Their battle must truly become our own. They have passed to torch to us and in the cause of Freedom we must remain "Together Forever".
