When life becomes overwhelming and there seems no where to turn finding direction or answers can seem impossible.  That is when you must take a deep breath and then release the issue allowing it to float away from you.  Knowing that the next breath you take will draw God and all his power inside you to will make you whole again.  When you let go of the problem that has taken hold of your life and grasp the God who has the power to restore you - miracles happen.
